Business Development Manager - Power Measurement Technology (m/f/d)

In line with our ongoing efforts to remain at the forefront of innovation in precision power measurement technology, ZES ZIMMER is seeking a dynamic and determined Business Development Manager Technology (m/f/d) to drive our growth in both new and existing markets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a technically specialized field, establish strategic partnerships, and explore new business opportunities. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a significant role in formulating and implementing our growth strategies to further solidify and expand our position as one of the market leaders in precision power measurement technology.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing growth strategies in new and existing markets
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities
• Surveying and communicating current and future product requirements in target markets
• Analyzing, evaluating, and deriving concepts based on customer needs while supporting and advising our customers remotely or on-site
• Maintaining and proactively expanding key accounts with the goal of ensuring long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Supporting the implementation of growth strategies derived for sales
• Networking and participating in international exhibitions and events
• Preparing technical documents to effectively promote measurement solutions

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification with solid expertise in measurement resp. drive technology, or electrical engineering
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Relevant experience in product management and B2B sales, ideally in the field of power measurement technology
• Professional, polite, and confident demeanor with a strong customer orientation
• Independent, meticulous, and diligent working style with good time and self-management
• Willingness to travel as needed; a class B driver’s license is an advantage
• The position is open to both graduates and candidates with professional experience.
